I have read some negative comments previously written about this hotel, so basically what is positive is that they do listen to their customers and they have improved their services! The hotel is so cozy and it feels authentic. The breakfast in nice in this price range. The staff gives you entrance data a day before your arrival, including all the codes needed. The self check-in is easy and very cute (for puzzle lovers like me! :D) The location is not exactly close to town center but there is a bus stop nearby or you can walk about 20 mins to S M Novella

We liked the size of the room and bathroom for our short stay. The staff were very friendly, and they have fixed a lot of the security issues that you’ll find in previous reviews. Breakfast was good, with someone there to make you coffee as desired and keep food stocked.

Location (up to 20 mins to the center. There are also enough shops and bars/restaurants near the place), we had a room with the 2d floor Breakfast was classical Italian - just croissants, coffee, yogurts, toast with jam, and that's all. But the host was really nice and friendly.

Nice staff. The room is clean, it feels like there is a lot of space (due to the fact that the beds are placed on the second tier). Relatively close to the center (30 minutes on foot)

The location was very well situated in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast option was wonderful at a nearby cafe and was more then generous. The room was comfortable and clean and check in was easy.

the location of the hotel was very convenient. The room is clean, the bathroom is super! The interior is designed in Venetian style, but with modern conditions!

Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Proper air conditioning system. Comparing to other hotels in Florence this one has good price/quality ratio. Included breakfast was authentic and nice.

Spacious and super clean apartment, efficient self-checkin, fridge came as an appreciated surprise, we slept like Sleeping beauty :) Super friendly girl at the front desk, fast and easy communication, could leave bag before check-in - big plus for us. Breakfast is served in a typical Italian café in the morning with super friendly staff as well. Loved it. Thank you!

Fine place, comfortable and in walk distance to the city center. The breakfast in the nearby pasticceria is ok but lacks diversity (only 2 pastries and 1 hot drink included)

Receptionist was friendly and helpful room was an ok size and clean Supermarket bars and restaurants nearby approximately 25 mins walk into the city centre.buses are 5-10 mins away. A very pleasant stay good location as long as you don’t mind a walk Prices get a lot higher the closer you get to the city. Breakfast ( continental ) very tasty fresh croisants and coffee which was was supplied by a local cafe/ patisserie that was very welcoming.
